Lease, deposit and documents
A space can carry the paperwork of its tenancy: when the lease starts and ends, the deposit you hold, and photos of the documents.
Lease dates and deposit
In the space's editor, the Lease section has two switches: Lease starts and Lease ends. Turn one on to pick its date; the end cannot be before the start. Enter the deposit you hold in Deposit.

When a lease is ending
On the space screen, the lease shows its end date. In the last 30 days it adds how many days are left, and after the end date it says expired. Letnook does not send notifications about leases.

When the tenant moves out, the lease and its documents are kept with the move-out record, and the Excel export counts them on the Spaces sheet.
